Job Summary: The Travel & Tourism Trainer Designs, Develops, And Delivers Training Programs To Enhance The Skills And Knowledge Of Individuals In The Travel And Tourism Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Training Programs: Create And Update Training Materials And Courses.
Deliver Training: Conduct In-person And Online/Offline Training Sessions, Workshops, And Seminars.
Evaluate Participants: Assess Participant Progress And Provide Feedback.
Stay Updated: Keep Informed About Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Certification: Ensure Programs Meet Industry Standards And Issue Certifications.
Marketing: Promote Training Programs And Build Industry Relationships.
Continuous Improvement: Collect Feedback And Improve Training Methods.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree In Travel And Tourism, Hospitality Management, Or Related Field. Master’s Preferred.
Experience: 3-5 Years In The Travel And Tourism Industry, With 2+ Years In Training.
