This is second time with BBH and this Kerala package was awesome.Hotel quality and their staff behaviour fantastic.Yamini ma'am of BBH very helpful.Great location of hotel At Wood Resort and hotel Moonlight help us to enjoy the nature.Driver Anandu is very helpful and nice also. I have not a single complain against him. Food quality of breakfast was very tasty. Thanks again all the member of BBH and I am planning to explore Kashmir next year with BBH.

Hello, we (Group of 24 peoples / 6 families) recently returned from a trip to Amritsar, Dalhousie and Dharmshala organized by Bharat Bookings and we are greatful for the team’s assistance and coordination (speical thanks to Miss Diya who was in regular touch with us from last 4 months and help us for alternate arrangements), but was very dissatisifed with the payment follow-up; we had committed and confirmed the schedule, yet someone from the team was chasing us as like we didn’t intend to pay. We would like to suggest the following improvements: 1) The hotel in Amritsar was disorganized on our first day, which has to be addressed as first impressions are crucial in business. 2) The drivers were cooperative, but they should recommend starting the trip at a specific time to ensure all destinations are covered on schedule. This is the most essential component in our trip, as the driver proposed times as per their convenience. 3) Recommend cleaning of Vehicles in every day which

Sharing the tour experience in Srinagar: It was the second visit to Srinagar. With our earlier experience with Bharat booking holidays during the Manali visit, we approached them as they have good connection in Himalayan region. Besides the tour operator, the tour co ordinator is truly an essential part in making a hassle free trip. We are fortunate enough to have Mr Karan Nagi as our tour co ordinator. He is very enterprising and has good knowledge about the hotels around and nearby destination. Has offered competitive prices for the properties chosen and helped in choosing between the properties based on site seeing plans. Throughout the process, he was very much patient till we finalize the plans. Upon reaching the destination also, the follow up was amazing and everywhere it was quite accommodative and it didn't require any further liaisoning with the hotel management.
