This was the first time I took holiday package for Manali, from BBH. I was little bit worried about the travel agency, bcz I found too much bad reviews. Well what to say, its the luckiest tour I had. All I wanted just happened perfectly. Hidden Heaven Cottage, very good and responsive staff also Mr. Jagdish, good food and good view from hotel room. Driver Rakesh, he was very nice to us and very punctual. To sum up, can't forget Abhishek, the coordinator of our package. I appreciate her help whenever I needed and polite always to resolve my query. I wish her best wishes for her future. Looking forward for many more trips with BHARAT BOOKING.
